Further to its letter dated March 24, 2022 informing about the filing of the resolution plan as approved by the CoC with the Hon’ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench, Sintex Industries has informed that the hearing which was scheduled before the Hon’ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench on 19th April, 2022, was listed but could not be taken up due to paucity of time and the hearing has now been scheduled on 30th May, 2022 for considering/reviewing the Resolution Plan by the Hon’ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench.
