With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI /HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018, the listed entities which are identified as ‘Large Corporates’ are required to file an Initial Disclosure within 30 days from the beginning of the Financial Year giving certain information. The Company meets only one of the three criteria specified in para 2.2 of the said Circular i. the Company's Equity shares are listed on BSE and NSE; However, it does not meet the second and third criteria with respect to outstanding borrowings and Credit Rating. In view of the above, the company confirmed that it does not fall under the category of ‘Large Corporates’ as per the framework provided in the aforesaid Circular.
