Further, as informed in earlier letter dated 31-03-2022, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, KMPs, Promoters & Promoters Group and Designated Persons etc. covered under the code, from April 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
