With refer to the intimation dated 20.04.2022 in which name of promoter who did trading during window closure was wrongly mentioned; Prakash Woollen & Synthetic Mills has now informed that an on market trading is done by Shalab Gupta (Promoter Group) during window closing period on 04.04.2022. The chairman of Audit Committee imposed a monetary penalty on Shalab Gupta of Rs 25.000 on 13.04.2022 for trading during window closing period. As per letter received from Shalab Gupta on 20.04.2022, he informed that he has deposited the penalty amount of Rs 25,000 in the SEBI IPEF Account as on 20.04.2022.
