Natrajan Ganapathy, Nambirajan G Yadav, Jayalakshmi Nambirajan Yadav and Indira Natrajan Yadav for acquisition of their entire shareholding of the Company constituting 60.84% of the paid up capital of the Company. In this regard, the Chartered Finance Management (SEBI Regn. No. INM0000012052) have made the public announcement for and on behalf of the Acquirers the copy of the same is enclosed for reference.
