Pursuant to requirement of Regulation 8 and 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, KPI Green Energy has informed that it enclosed revised 'Code of practice and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' ('Code of Conduct') of the Company. In pursuance of the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the Revised Code of Conduct of the Company in their meeting duly held on May 3, 2022.
