LLP, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years to conduct Statutory Audit of the Company from the FY2022-23 to FY2026-2027, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, in place of existing Statutory Auditors, Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants, whose term shall expire at the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
