With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/ 144 dated 26' November, 2018 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/59/2019-20 dated March 03, 2020 read with Notice No. 20220427-2 dated 27/04/2022, regarding Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate (LC) and for disclosure and Compliances thereof by such Large Corporate (LC) entities, Lloyds Steels Industries has informed that the Company does not fall under the Large Corporate (LC) category as per framework provided in the aforesaid Circular ” for the year ended on March 31, 2022 and we are not required to submit the disclosure for fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities. Further, we have already submitted the initial disclosure dated 16th April, 2022 with reference to the subject.
