Nava Bharat Ventures has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today (May 16, 2022), has considered and recommended a final dividend on equity shares at the rate of 300% Rs 6.00 per equity share of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The above-mentioned dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting, shall be paid within 30 days of such approval. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 10:00 am (IST) and concluded at 1:50 pm (IST).
