Shree Rajasthan Syntex has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2022, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2022 in compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders, the 'Trading Window' in respect of the trading in the securities of the Company for all the designated persons (as defined in the Code) was already closed from 1st April, 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting.
