A copy of the audited financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2022 along with the report issued by the Statutory Auditors is being attached. Further, the Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of 80% (Rs 8 per Share) for the financial year ended 31st March 2022. The meeting commenced at 11.15 am and got concluded at 1.40 pm.
