Yarn Syndicate has informed that read with Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the above-mentioned provision shall not be applicable to company as the Paid-up Share Capital is less than Rs 10 Crore and Net Worth of the Company is less than Rs 25 Crores as on 31/03/2022. The Company, therefore, is not required to submit 'Disclosures of the Related Party Transaction' as per Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
