The Phoenix Mills’ (PML) wholly owned subsidiary -- Bellona Hospitality Services (BHSL) has entered into Securities Purchase agreements (SPA) and Shareholders agreement (SHA) to acquire 10,002 Equity Shares of Stratix Hospitality (SHPL) from its existing shareholders, in one or more tranches. The acquisition of 50% stake in SHPL by BHSL is in line with its expansion plans in F&B business.
Phoenix Mills is engaged in property development in India. Its activities include planning, execution, and marketing of projects, property rental and management, and maintenance and sale of the completed properties.
