Mihika Industries has informed that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/10/2019-20 dated 9th May, 2019 is not applicable to the Company. Since Company is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company is covered by exemption provided as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 since capital is not exceeding Rs 10 Crores and our Net Worth is not exceeding Rs 25 Crores as on the last day of the previous Financial Year. Accordingly Regulation 17 to 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub Regulation 46 and para C, D and E of Schedule V shall not apply to case and had never been applicable.
