Intellivate Capital Ventures has entered in to an agreement to acquire 1, 10,000 (100%) Equity Shares of Rs 10 each from the shareholders of NIR Advisors at total purchase consideration of Rs 11 lakh. After the above said acquisition, the NIR Advisors will become wholly own subsidiary Company of Intellivate Capital Ventures. The acquisition of the NIR Advisors as envisaged will help to cater in to food business.

Intellivate Capital Ventures has played a key role in establishing the foundation for several businesses in India, by providing funding to companies in sectors as diverse as Information Technology ,Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Infrastructure, Construction services, Real Estate, Logistics, etc.
