JSUS & Associates, Chartered Accountants, having registration no. 329784E are recommended for re-appointment as Statutory Auditors for a period of 5 years, commencing from the conclusion of 31st Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2027, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
