Rollatainers’ board has approved the disposal /sale of Assets of R T Packaging, Material Subsidiary of the Company, which is subject to the Special Resolution passed by the Members of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 31, 2022, has considered and approved the same.
