Singhi & Associates, Chartered Accountant who was the previous Auditors of the Company. The Company is enclosing the Disclosure with the name of Current Auditors name S K Jha & Co. Chartered Accountant who has given the Audit Report for Financial Result of the Half Year & Year Ended 31st March, 2022.
