With this, ‘Digvijay Shradha Infrastructure’ has become subsidiary of Active Infrastructures and Fellow subsidiary company of Shradha Infraprojects.
Shradha Infraprojects is a real estate development company, engaged in the business of development and sale of residential as well as commercial properties (the ‘Development Business’) and the development and leasing of commercial properties (the ‘Lease Business’) as this provides them with stable cash flows.
