The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company- Link Intime India has received a letter from the above mentioned shareholder and have informed the Company about the same on June 10, 2022. Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the above mentioned shareholder, the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof.
