South Asian Enterprises has informed that exemption to certain entities has been accorded under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) from Regulation 23(9) of said Regulations. The Company since, fulfills the requirement of exemption, it is not required to submit disclosure on RPT under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, the disclosures under Regulation 23(9) and other Regulations covered under said exemption shall not be made till continuity of exemption.
