Espire Hospitality has planned to enter into an Owner-Operator License agreement with Forest Fern Hospitality, a related party, to run and operate its ‘Bhimtal’ resort in the name and Style ‘Country Inn Bhimtal’, situated at Bhimtal, Uttarakhand with effective from July 01, 2022 and to enter into an Owner-Operator License agreement with Forest Fern Resorts, a related party, to run and operate its ‘Jim Corbett’ resort in the name and Style ‘Country Inn Corbett’, situated at Ramnagar, Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand with effective from July 01, 2022.
