GPT Infraprojects has incorporated a new subsidiary namely ‘RMS GPT Ghana’ at Republic of Ghana for manufacture of concrete sleepers. The company will hold 60% stake in RMS GPT Ghana and in this regard the company has subscribed to euro 6 lakh equity shares and euro 3,250,000 Redeemable Preference Shares. The indicative time period for completion of the acquisition is 6 month.
