Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Asian Food Products has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15.06.2022, has appointment Khushal Chetan Batavia as Chief Financial Officer and Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, with effect from 15.06.2022. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, (Listing Regulations) the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting today i.e. 15.06.2022, has appointed Gaurav Jitendra Thakker as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors to hold the office up to the of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company or Extra Ordinary General Meeting which will be held earlier in the time span of three month from the date of appointment in pursuance to Regulation 17(1C) of SEBI LODR, 2015.
