Bengal Tea & Fabrics has informed that the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) on Friday, 5th August, 2022. The Dividend of Re 1 (i.e., 10%) per equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid-up of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022, if approved by the Members at the 39th AGM; will be paid to the Members whose name appears in the Register of Members as on the cut - off date of 29th July, 2022 (end of day). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Share Transfer Books and Register of the Members will remain closed from Saturday, 30th July, 2022 to Friday, 5th August, 2022 for the purpose of the 39th AGM and payment of Dividend. Dividend on Equity Shares, if declared, at the 39th AGM will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
