UFO Moviez India has informed that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide their meeting held on June 24, 2022 has issued and allotted 6,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each of the Company under its ESOP Scheme 2014, to the eligible employees, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted thereunder. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased as per the details attached. In terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share based Employee benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 (‘SEBI SBEB Regulations’), the details of equity shares allotted above are given in Annexure A to this intimation. Further, this intimation is in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. However, the company has clarified that aforesaid allotment of equity shares is not material in nature to the Company. The intimation will also be made available on the website of the Company.
