Nouveau Global Ventures has sold 21,000 equity shares having face value of Rs 100 each, constituting 19.81% of share capital of Basic Real Estate, which is resulting into a change in holding of the Company by more than 2% of total shareholding of Basic Real Estate. After the aforesaid disposal of shares, the Company now does not hold any shares of Basic Real Estate.
