Nouveau Global Ventures has sold 21,000 equity shares having face value of Rs 100 each, constituting 19.81% of share capital of Basic Real Estate, which is resulting into a change in holding of the Company by more than 2% of total shareholding of Basic Real Estate. After the aforesaid disposal of shares, the Company now does not hold any shares of Basic Real Estate.

Nouveau Global Ventures engages in the acquisition and trade of media telecast rights over national and regional television channels in India.
