Duncan Engineering has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time and in accordance of Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for trading/dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2022 and shall re-open 48 hours after the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 become generally available. Accordingly, all Directors/ Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
