Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and the Company's Internal Code for prevention of the Company by its designated persons, Jayatma Industries has informed that the trading window has been closed with effect from 1st July, 2022. The trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours of the announcement/ declaration of the financial results of the Company for the First quarter ending on June 30, 2022. The designated persons and their immediate relatives will not trade in securities of the Company when trading window is closed.
