Ashok Leyland reports over 2-fold jump in June sales

Ashok Leyland has reported over 2- fold jump in its total sales, including exports, at 14531 units in June 2022 as compared to 6448 in the same month last year. Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) sales were stood at 5177 units in June 2022. Medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV) Trucks and bus sales stood at 9354 units and 2764 units, respectively.

Domestic sales in June 2022 stood at 13469 units. Domestic LCV sales stood at 5070 units in June 2022. Domestic M&HCV Trucks and bus sales stood at 8399 units and 2364 units, respectively.

Ashok Leyland, the Hinduja Group flagship company in India, is engaged in the manufacturing of commercial vehicles and related components. The company’s products include buses, trucks, engines, defense and special vehicles.
