All the Directors, KMP's, Designated Employees, connected persons, fiduciary and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022 will be informed in due course.
