Channel Nine Entertainment has informed that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company is closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives, from 01st July 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the date of declaration of audited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022. The date of the Board meeting for approval of the aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course of time.
