In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, Vishwaraj Sugar Industries has informed that it enclosed a copy of the certificate received from the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services, for the quarter ended June 30, 2022, confirming - a) That the securities received from the Depository Participants for dematerialisation up to June 30, 2022 were confirmed (accepted/ rejected) to the depositories and the securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on stock exchange were the earlier securities were listed; and b) That the security certificates received for dematerialisation have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification by the Depository Participant and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the register of members as the registered owner within 15 days of receipt of certificate of securities.
