Vyapar Industries has been directed to submit its official letter for delisting of GDRs from Singapore Stock Exchange. The company had earlier resolved that the GDR program be terminated with effect from a date to be decided in consultation with the depository J.P.Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as per stipulated provisions of law and subsequently to take appropriate steps for delisting of GDRs from Singapore Stock Exchange. The board at its meeting held on August 30, 2012 had approved for the same.
Vyapar Industries’ core business is to manufacture twisted and dyed viscose rayon filament yarn as well as all other yarns. Their technical processes call for twisting, doubling, bleaching, lubricating, dyeing and rewinding of yarns.
