Entertainment has informed that 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 09, 2022 at 04:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).In this connection, the Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depositories as the Authorized Agency to provide e-Voting facilities to its members in respect of the business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting. Further, the Company has appointed Mannish L. Ghia of Manish Ghia & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries (Membership No. FCS 6252), to act as the Scrutinizer, to scrutinize the entire e-voting, in a fair and transparent method.
