Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Schaeffler India has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 27th day of July 2022 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended June 30, 2022. Further, as per circular issued by BSE and National Stock Exchange of India dated February 3, 2014 and December 18, 2013, respectively, the exchanges are hereby informed that the ‘Trading Window' of the Company is closed from July 1, 2022 and shall remain closed upto July 29, 2022 for the above purpose, in compliance with the Company’s Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading.
