Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances has informed that the Thirty Fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Thursday, 14th July 2022 through VC/OAVM in compliance with MCA circular dated 05' May 2022 (read with previous circulars) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI vide circular dated 13th May 2022 (read with previous circulars). PM Murthy, Chairman of the Company took the chair and commenced the proceedings through VC. The requisite quorum being present, he called the meeting to order. The Chairman introduced the members on the Board, Statutory Auditor and Scrutinizer for the AGM. All the Board of Directors were present at the AGM through VC/OAVM, including the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Chairperson of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Chairman of Corporate Social Responsibility and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.
