It has enclosed a Statement containing Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2022 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board and signed by the Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company along with the copy of Limited Review Report received from S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, the Statutory Auditors of the Company. In continuation to letter dated 29th June, 2022, the trading window will now be open from 24th July, 2022.
