Raymond has informed that pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Listing Regulations, the Company has enclosed the intimation received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ('RTA')- Link Intime India providing information regarding loss of share certificates by shareholder. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022; the RTA shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities.
