Ricoh India has received an approval for the proposal to commence new business of Digital Cameras under newly inserted sub-clause in the Object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company subject to approval of shareholders to be obtained through Postal Ballot. The board at its meeting held on January 15, 2013 has approved for the same.
The board has also approved the proposal to alter the Object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company by inserting new sub-clause pertaining to Digital Cameras business subject to approval of the Shareholders to be obtained through Postal Ballot.
