Thermax has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 along with related segment-wise financial results. The financial results shall be considered and declared on August 2, 2022. As intimated earlier vide its letter dated June 30, 2022 regarding closure of Trading Window, the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results till Thursday, August 4, 2022 and shall be re-opened on Friday, August 5, 2022.
