No. SEC/BSE/13/2022-23 dated 29th June, 2022 on Trading Window Closure Notice issued under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed till August 10, 2022. The outcome of Board Meeting will be reported to BSE after the meeting in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
