Pursuant to section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, and clause 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ashiana Housing has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company shall remain closed from 22nd August 2022 to 27th August 2022 for the purpose of annual general meeting and taking record of shareholders entitled to dividend, for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2022, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting. Shareholders whose names appear in the books as Beneficial Owners as at the close of the business hours on 20th August 2022 (Saturday) will be entitled for the dividend. Further, the Board of directors of the company had recommended a dividend at 50% on Rs 2 per equity share in their meeting held on 27th May 2022 and the 36th annual general meeting of the shareholders of the company will be held on 27th August 2022.
