Mahindra Lifespace Developers has informed that the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mahindra Lifespace Developers held on 27th July, 2022 at YB Chavan Centre, General Jagannath Bhosle Marg, next to Sachivalaya Gymkhana, Mumbai 400 021, all items of business contained in the Notice of AGM dated 13th May, 2022 were transacted and approved by the Shareholders with requisite majority. The details of the combined voting results (i.e. result of remote e-voting and e-voting at AGM) are enclosed in the format prescribed under Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR) as Annexure - 1.
