Benares Hotels has informed that the 51st AGM of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 3.00 pm (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, September 2, 2022 to Friday, September 9, 2022 for determining the entitlement of dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company, subject to deduction of tax at source. The Thursday, September 1, 2022 is cut-off date for determining eligibility of Members for voting electronically as well as at Annual General Meeting and for payment of Dividend (payable on or after Monday, September 19, 2022, if declared/ approved at the AGM.
