Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aaswa Trading And Exports has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 9th August, 2022 to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2022 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from 30th June 2022 in terms of its earlier intimation dated 30thJune 2022 relating to ‘Closure of Trading Window’, shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results on 9th August, 2022.
