In continuation of its earlier intimation, about the fourth meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, Empee Sugars & Chemicals has informed that the Fifth meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the company (in CIRP) was duly held on Tuesday, 02nd August 2022 at 04:30 pm. In the said meeting, it was majorly discussed about the progress of CIRP, extension of last date of submission of Resolution Plan and filing of an application u/s 19(2) of the Code before Hon’ble NCLT against the Promoters and Auditors of the Corporate Debtor.
