Jost's Engineering Company’s board has approved incorporation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company in India. The proposed wholly owned subsidiary company to be incorporated in India shall carry out the business of manufacturing and trading of Material Handling Equipments. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on August 6, 2022, have approved the same.

Jost's Engineering Company operates in three divisions, including material handling division, industrial finishing division and engineered products division.
