Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has informed that a Public Notice by way of an advertisement was published and appeared today in all editions of ‘Financial Express’ in English Newspaper and all editions of Hosadigantha in Kannada Newspaper. The aforesaid newspaper advertisement was made in compliance with General Circular number 20/2020 read with General Circular number 02/2021 dated May 05, 2020, January 13, 2021 respectively, issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs intimating, that the 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank (Bank) will be held on Friday, September 02, 2022 at 03.00 PM IST through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means to transact the businesses that will be set forth in the Notice of the AGM. A copy of the newspaper advertisement is enclosed. This intimation shall be available on the Bank’s website at www.ujjivansfb.in.
