Tourism Finance Corporation of India has informed that Sujit Kumar Mandal has resigned from the directorship of the company vide letter dated January 17, 2013. Further, the company has informed that in terms of the provision of Articles 123(1) of the Articles of Association of the company, the Central Government vide its Letter dated December 13, 2012, appointed Amrik Singh, Under Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, as Government nominee director of Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd. in place of Sanjeev Kumar Jindal.
